Step 1 – ‘EDIT ORGANIZATION’ #

Go to the top right corner of the screen and click the logo.

Find the logo and click it.

Subsequently, a scroll down menu will appear. Click ‘EDIT ORGANIZATION,’ which is the second option.

The dropdown menu contains a variety of options. Click ‘EDIT ORGANIZATION.’

Step 2 – Click ‘Notifications’ #

Subsequently, the ‘MANAGE ORGANIZATION’ box will appear. The box contains three options:

  • ‘My Organization’;
  • ‘Organization I Belong’; and
  • ‘Notifications.’

Click ‘Notifications,’ the third tab.

To customize a notification, click the ‘Notifications’ tab.

Step 3 – Choose a Label and Customize #

Then, the ‘Choose a label to edit’ scroll down menu will appear directly beneath the tab.

Click the ‘Choose a label to edit’ menu to choose a notification.

Click the ‘Choose a label to edit’ scroll down menu and select the notification you want; for our example, we shall select ‘New user notification.’ (Take note, you will be unable to do anything further until you have selected a notification.)

Select the type of notification from the dropdown menu, for example ‘New user notification.’

After clicking the notification you want, the relevant information will appear in the subject and text boxes. Now, you can customize the ‘$customer_company’ part of the subject/title, and/or the logo in the text box, etc… (Additionally, you can click the ‘Full Screen’ tab to see the message in full without needing to scroll down.)

To see the notification in full, click the ‘Full Screen’ icon.

Here is the full screen view of the message.

What If I Selected the Wrong Notification? #

If you have selected the wrong notification or wish to amend any details after clicking ‘SAVE,’ simply follow steps 1 – 3 of this document. Then, you will be able to make the changes you want to the notification.

Step 4 – Receive a Test Email #

This step is not necessary. However, if you want to make sure that you have customized the right notification, you can have a test email of the notification sent to you.

To have a test email sent to you, check the ‘Send me a test message’ box before clicking ‘SAVE.’

Click/check the ‘Send me a test message’ to see how the notification will appear as an email.

Subsequently, you will find a test message in your Email inbox. (Again, if you have selected the wrong notification or wish to amend any details after clicking ‘SAVE,’ simply follow steps 1 – 3 of this document.
